Bloating and indigestion from 3-4 months
Hi I am 29. I have been going through constant constipation for months now. I have tried adding fruits liquids etc to my diet. I restrict eating junk food. I work out. Even so, it's become a problem for daily bowel cleanse and I am not able to clean it on daily basis. Now it has started to pain after going. Plus, I have been to scared to eat anything because right after I eat anything, I get bloated. I have tried laxatives and antacid but I don't think they are good in long run.

Have fibre rich food and plenty of fluids. You can also try isabgol for your constipation it's more natural so it can be used in the long run . But it looks to me you might  have an underlying issue, kindly consult. Thanks

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
