Depends on what kind of issue you are having mam.. some degree of laxicity after pregnancy is expected and most of it will recover in the months to come... But in some cases the laxicity (loose abdomen ) wil be permanant and you might need a tummy tuck surgery after that!! Consult a plastic surgeon at the time.. for now consider core strengthening exercises and minimal dieting... Consult online for any doubts

After c section abdomen become lax So not to worry it wll go slowly Do regular exercises Eat balanced diet Avoid spicy food, fried food,maida containing food And kindly consult

Don’t be too harsh on yourselves…take adequate protein and hydrate properly…eat more of veggies and less carbs…start with mild workouts or walking…This will make you feel good and if u are consistent with your efforts you will lose weight in no time
