Liver increase in size
May i know what does this exactly mean... Increase in size of liver with a large avascular lobulated hyperechoic mass lesion mean.

There is a tumor in the liver. You need four-phase CT scan of the liver, CBC, LFT, creatinine, AFP, CA19-9 to characterize it better and decide whether it needs treatment. Some benign liver tumors like hemangiomas do not require any treatment but malignant or potentially malignant tumors do.
