I have been facing difficulty in stooling.the day I went to the toilet,i was unable to stool well.when I finished and wiped.immediately as I was bathing,my hand went to my anus,and I felt a soft lumb,like a balloon. After sometime I touched it, I wasn't seign it again.what could that be?

My lower right quan of my stomach is hard when I press on it. It feels like a hard lump. A few month ago I had pain that would come on and off every 30mins, After 2 weeks that pain went away and I thought I was fine. I am 45 years old and suffering from piles last 5 years. Doctor gave me Hilo capsules.I am taking these capsules last 15 days but today my pilemass swello. Dr told me there are 3 pilemass present on 3,7,and 11 o clock.Two are small size and one is off big size. Kindly help me for proper solution.

I have loss of appetite since last 4 weeks. there has been a feeling of bloating and tighness while passing stools. I have been taking digestive enzymes and anatacid but there is no feeling of hunger. The blood sugar levels are increasing and it seems food taking lot of time to digest. There is tightness in chest as well but no pain in any area or any fever. Should I be concerned...what screening test should I get done just to be sure the symptoms are not indicative of any serious illness.

My mother have to go to toilet 2 or 3 times a day and it is of watery nature. When she was talking VIBACT and Rifagut 400 under doctor's prescription she was OK. Now again same problem has started. Should I continue with same medication or any different medicines can be taken? She has taken stool test also, but it was also normal.
