Drink last night and vomits headache fever tye feels wht to do and no wish to eat something any solution

Could you clarify me that if i go to doctor with vomitings n nausia because i took 10 dolo 650 tablets will he come to know??

I thought I had the stomach flu this past Tuesday, but the nauseousness won't go away, my stomach is still somewhat upset, and I'm constpiated. Is that normal?

Since yesterday My mom's is suffering from acidity after taking the medicine for fever and vomiting from prescribed doctor. She is diabetic and regularly taking a single medicine naming diamicron mr. She is also having high BP She usually suffers with acidity and gastric problem. What should I do now. Someone is suggesting for taking the route of ayurvedic treatment. I'm experiencing continuous burping for last 2/3 days. I have diagnosised GERD B two year back. That time I taken Veloz L as per prescription and the problem was gone. But now I'm experiencing the above problem and this happens frequently. Please Suggest what to do.
