I am getting blood when I do potty. Today I saw there were some pieces and they were red. It looks like plastic. And everything was red. Help

Hello, I am unable to digest any food. I have hyperacidity and i vomitted almost every alternate night for the last one week. I am taking omez d, digene. Even kokum sharbat was vomitted.
