Stomach Problems & Remedies

My son, 16 years old , is having tummy aches on and off for the past couple months. We have seen various doctors with various bob sense diagnosis in my opinion until yesterday. Doctor order X-ray. It revealed bunch of stuff stock in stomach and colon. Dr diagnosis was that waste are not fully depleted. Only last part close to rectum are pooed out. I guess various color in X-ray helped Dr dignois. We would have sonogram later. I wanted to get some advice as why this happens

Once i was going through lot of stress in my life. That time when i sitting in toilet for excretion. I found little(less than a drop ) blood in my excreta. but i didnt felt any pain .neither during excretion nor after that .what can be possible caused. And second question does stress even causes digestive problemd.

Hello, I'm suffering from acid reflux with whatever going in my stomach causing acid, got minor infection which is almost solved using allopathic medicines. My problem is I get sinus issues due to acid reflux now post medications and I don't want to continue with allopathic medicine forever. Are there any options for switching to Ayurveda for the same? I am given Panum - D which is the reason for getting frequent toilet rush.

At the end of motion there is blood come...but without pain...what's the cause for it...but I don't have any piles..fisheries..etc pls give ans..it comes every year in Oct to Nov..months...n I suffer at least 10 to 15 days at that time...but recently I'm facing the problem...I'm fully disappointed....pls give good solution
