Stomach Problems & Remedies

I see undigested food in my stool from (last night meal) for the past few weeks.. I have GERD..but there's no heartburn just excess belching all day long and if i drink lots of water,when I burp it does comes out sometimes..even did an ENDOSCOPY and found out that my LES is loose...been taking PPI's for more than 6 months and prokinetics for more than 2 months..normally food from last night meal shouldn't be there in my next morning stool but I see mainly leafy stuffs like coriander,cabbage,cucumber seeds,leeks undigested from last night meal..please help

I am suffering from bloated stomach and naucia since 3 days. I had vomiting on friday night after having Kachori. Then On sunday also I had vomitted after drinking sugarcane juice. on when I had watermelon. I am not feeling hungry. If I eat less, stomach feela full and started feeling vommoting.

I have been facing with constipation for long i have lot of churna and all but  work only for few days again it happens. in morning someday  sour(yellow)water comes out of mouth and whenever i eat something made of fine flour( maida) like samosa ,i started feeling gastric issue but i hardly eat such things. and whenever stool doesn't pass properly i feel heavyness in abdomen. otherwise other things like appetite and all fine with me but my stomach is clear appetite increases . kindly help with some medicine and suggest what to do so i become fit, i am very upset. plz help
