Stomach Problems & Remedies

Upper right abdominal fullness, constant pressure behind breastbone relieved for several seconds by belching. Dull pain acid feeling in throat, nausea, decreased appetite. No measurable weight loss. 30 years old, otherwise good health. No drinking \ smoking. Medications: Metoprolol Succinate 100mg\day (anxiety), Sertraline HCL 100mg\day (anxiety). 6 months ago, CMP normal. Now all normal (including Bilirubin, ALP) but AST=88 and ALT=44, both elevated. Were both 12 6 months ago.

1 & half month back , I took serum test where my LDL is 136 just above range & SGPT was 50, still not consulted & last 3days feeling little pain near both kidney place & feeling severe acidity , is it matter of concern. Pls guide

Pain while passing the stool and post that pain persists. Can't see any blood in the stool. This is happening from last 2 days.

Burning sensation after passing stool.it is there for short time after passing. There is no bleeding.

After taking meal it cause gas and pain in the stomach. Most of the time I feel burning(जलन) in stomach after meal. Ultrasonography results normal then I went for endoscopy and my doctor said that there inflammation in the stomach. I have attached the endoscopy test result. Is there anything else I should care about?

I am burning in my stomach since 1 year . I had my endoscopy done but results were only gastritis . I m worry that its possible that i can turn to cancer in a year . Or in future. Do i need endoscopy again

I have been taking azithromycin500 mg twice daily for tonsils infection for two days and feeling pain under right rib cage sometime ,on third day I took 500mg once ..can I stop this,

Suffering from gas problem from 2years consulted doctor but no solution they told that I just have anxiety.

I'm suffering from piles, bleeding and gastritis. The doctor suggested for blood n urine test. Following tests have been conducted. 1.bleeding time, 2. Clotting time, 3.HIV, 4.creatinine, serum 5.Urea, Serum 6.Uric acid , serum 7. TBS 8. HBsAg 9.urine complete analysis 10. Complete blood count with ESR. Everything is withing range except ESR(Westergren method) 42mm/hr. What does it mean?

My Mother has developed a tendency of loose motion twice in a month for a day which stops with medication but after that severe weakness occurs to that extent that she finds difficult to walk also and remains for 3-4 days So what should we do ?
