I feel like going to toilet after eating my breakfast. My feel like uncomfortable in my stomach

I face embarrassing moments after having food or drinking hot tea/coffee. The gurgling sounds can be heard in the stomach. Can you suggest me any intake of tablet which cures this problem forever?

I have been having a stomach gas problems for 15 days. After and before eating food it automatically create gas in stomach. Now I am taking pantocid table 2 times daily & avoiding all types of junk foods but still facing gas problems.

Hi. I am 24year old male. I have been suffering from digestive issues for a long time now. But the symptoms have worsen since the past 2-3 years.
