Stomach Problems & Remedies

I was suffering from stomach pain it's like gastrick... I consulted with so many doctors but there's is no use after taking tablets from consulted doctor my body stated shivering.. so I stopped to use that. Now i have suffering from nose cold and vishing problem also.. in between I will get whole my body pain like legs and my hands also getting pain. I can't able to digest my food properly... like this lots of problems am facing. please I requesting u doctors please help me to come out of this problem...

Occationally my stool come with mucus.After latrine I fill tirdness.When I eat oil frying food like pokora the mucus come with stool heavely.
