Stomach Problems & Remedies

My son has vomiting since last 3 to. 4 days . He had even loose motions on first day . After that loose motions stopped and he having a vomit after every meal. I am currently giving him ondem syrup and econorm sachet. Pls advise if antibiotics are required .

Doctor say may be it is food infection .I take medicines PAN-40 , NFLOX-TZ, AND MACRALFATE. MAXIMUM time pain in my stomach when i am on an empty stomach . When i take medicines i feel relife but after some time it is come . What i do plz help me to recover from this problem . This problems is from approximately 4 days. What caused my stomach is paining i don't understand after take medicines .
