Indigestion feel heavy constipitation some time blood in stool unable do digest whatever am eating it is creating gas in stomach bloating is there sometime headache

I am having problem in emptying my bowls completely and when ever i feel like emptying it does'nt happen also when i go to poop that time a gelly like faded yellowish substance is excreited out ..also when i eat something or drink wwter also then i feel like excreating it out but it doesnt happen

Hi, I am Habibur Rahman Bhuyan, and my right side of the abdomen always paining in a little contiously , and in my ulta sound report show my liver is Fatty with Grade-1 so what medicine should i take for this problem.

I have had blood in my stool for about 3 months, red/Maroon. And now I find it very difficult to pass stool.

I will brief up about my story. Feeling heaviness , discomfortness some time difficulty in breathing.
