Irritable bowel syndrome

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am having watery loose motion from last 8 month. I have changed 3 doctor and done almost all test like calprotectine, ASCA, IgG, IgA, sigmoidoscopy, electrolyte test, many more all are normal. Finally doctor told me it is IBS. I am scared to have food and not able to sleep due to completely watery diarrhea. please help and is there any permanent cure????
