I am seriously suffering from food poison and from the saturday i am suffering a lot of stomach ache like burining sensation which doctor shall i meet

In LFT Serum Phosphatase was high (I have 350 against the lab recommend highest range of 300 (every thing else was in normal range, including parameters of Kidney Function Test and CBC test). I do have gas related problems earlier, constipation plus I am allergic (very slightly) and thus I get a throat itch with cough at times. I slightly feel dizzy at times from the past few days. Can high level of serum alkaline phosphatase be related to GRD (acid reflux disease) which causes sore throat and dizziness?

Hello doctor, Patient has history of stomach problem with some gulthi at lower intestine which has been treated and took medicine for almost 6plus months. Now from past 1 month she got some panic attack and due to the same patient feel afraid, vomitting, stomach pain and headche. 3 panic attacks in past one month and bp goes down and took glucose water 2 times. Doctor are giving medicine but not able to understand the reason and we are concern about the repeatation of panic attacks. Kindly advise
