Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm having major Gas build up in my stomach. And whenever I'm eating or drinking anything, I vomit. I feel much better after vomiting. The stool is also very thin and have been to washroom multiple times since morning. Medicines taken: Pantocid (7 a.m), Pudin Hara (12:30 p.m) Last meal was a Subway (first vomit had undigested jalapenos in it) Had a pear around 12 p.m but that too came out after I took Pudin Hara later. Please help with a probable cause and resolution. Thank you.

For past 1 year I usually go 5-9 times to toilet daily. Though the stool is not liquid but it is also not tight as it used to be. Have taken many tablets like ciplox, norflox, ocid, etc but not much relief. I suffer from lots of weakness and body pain. Other medical condition fatty lever Vitamin D low Uric acid was high but is now within limit Gallbladder removed surgically. Walk approx 4km per day(while commuting to office)

Hello , Firstly my husband was suffering from stomach pain so he had done ultrasound everything was negative .. den he was suggested to do endoscopy and the report was HPylory with multiple ulcer .. he was suggested to take SOMPRAZ HP for 14 days ... From past 3days stomach pain is more .. what is the reason ... Pls suggest

I had high indirect billurbin and sgot sgpt on 19th November. Ultrasound showed mild splenomegaly and grade 1 fatty liver. I have taken udiliv 300. Followed strict diet, Yoga and walk , lossed weight of 6 kg I. e. 81 from 87.  My height is 173 cm. I went for LFT on 30th October. Sgpt sgot is normal but rise in direct billurbin. The total billurbin is 2 . All Other hepatitis, blood, diabetes and thyroid tests are normal. What should be my line of treatment? Is anything serious?

I am facing constipation issues. When i go to toilet my stomach is fully not clear. My stool is dark color and sticky. Kindly suggest some remedies. I am a full vegetarian guy. I don't drink or smoke.

Since 2016 , I am Suffering from gastric problem. Filling full of stomach and chest and burning upper abd & chest. I am observing that gas not getting release properly , some times it's release from mounth very frequently  and filling indigestion and constipation. Day by day filling weak and tired very soon in minute of walking. Taking treatment but it's not cure my problem completely whenever i stop medicine problem getting arise. I had done  2 times endoscopy earlier and sonography. In Jan & Dec 2017 endoscopy Mucosal hyperemia seen in antrum and body sonography is normal now but earilier it was mild fatty liver.

Three times i used antibiotics courses but not eradication done Please suggest me sir  any doctor and specific test and diagnosis in Hyderabad

I have chest pain in left side from 2 months. All cardiac tests are normal like ECG echo and tmt. Yesterday i did endoscopy which shows les lex and rut positive. What is the meaning of this and is my chest pain because of this.
