So much burps food come out to the mouth motion are loose and feel so much anexity and mental tension.

Sir my amylase level was always between 100 nd 130 when i test.but before 10 days it become 175u/l nd lipase was 21u/l.i have irritation in near upper middle abdomen.i have taken lot of alcohal before.nd pain near esophagus.whats the problem wid me kindly help.is this a serious problem.before i got pain in lower abdomen but since it become in near upper middle abdomen.nd i haveva gas problem.why my amylase suddenly increased.how time to take resolve it please help sir what medicine.i have submitting some reports

Daily after meal I feel that the meal got stuck in my foodpipe and I feel  uneasiness for 2 to 3 hours. Consulted several doctors in last 2 months, problem still persists, all endoscopy ,esophagus manometry test, blood test came ok, some of the doctors say that it's due to anxiety. I think how it's possible that I feels uneasiness and pain 2 hours after each meal. I need support ,kindly guide me what should I do.

I have difficult in swallowing solid foods like chapati and roti especially when they are cold. I develop gag reflex whenever I try to swallow nd it's been since few days. No pain while swallowing. Burning sensation in throat. Liquids nd hot foods are swallowed easily

I am suffering from constipation more than a month and had been getting some treatment for same. However I have discovered that some extra muscle have grown at anus, while bowling or washing it pains also it irritates and discomforts most of the time. My question is what kind of specialist doctor I should for further examine, so far I have consulted with gastro specialist so should they be the right person to continue?

Today I had a frequent belching post eating poha and drinking tea. It was first meal after walk/jog. I also have minor heart burn (sometimes more than minor lasting whole day). I don't feel like food is coming out until I eat full size thali. It's uncomfortable sometimes. And I am quite concerned. It also happens when there is gap between breakfast and lunch. And settles for sometime after I eat. Day before yesterday it was for full day. Yesterday it was quite normal. With one or two instance of minor heartburn. How can I ease pain.
