I have having gerd more than 3 months...i am right now suffering from a sharp pain in the stomach...razo tablet is doing no good...can I take zantac...I doubt I might have stomach ulcer...or else please suggest any pain relief medication...I am helpless please

Hi, My name is Gaurav, I am from Delhi, moved to Bombay last year for work. I never had a gas trouble when I was living in Delhi with family, but from past 4-5 months, I feel my stomach is bloated most of the times and I feel some chest pain at times due to that.  I used to be very regular in fitness in Delhi, I still workout but whenever I don't the gas problem starts, and I also got scared in the beginning as I thought that the chest pain could be because of something else, and whenever I start thinking more about it, it aggravates, could be due to stress. I have stopped eating junk, there's this fear in my head now that I can't eat junk or anything from outside, so whenever I eat I feel bloated or I get the chest pain next morning. What do you advice? Should I completely change my lifestyle? Is this due to some major problem? Please help

Dear Dr, I have always suffered from stomach, colon, gastro, and also lately with inflammed/painful anus. Recently I did a comprehensive blood test and attached are the few results which were high. I know Google isn't the best solution here, but I was scared and I Googled and there are studies which say that these could be markers for cancer, including colorectal cancer. Request you to please help with the actual and correct answers. I'm extremely scared. Thank you at the highest level in advance

Hi..Doc., my mom who is suffering from stomach pain since at an age of 16...On 2011 we found that it's pancreatitis .. Then with some medications for 3month she was treated by the gastroenterologist then...Our Doctor said that to go with ercp procedure to unblock the way of pancreas duct... later the temporary stent was removed after 6months now 2018 for recent days she is suffering from swelling sensation in her stomach with pain... Is this a permanent disease or  could we have any permanent solution? I couldn't see her with these complications she is worrying about her health conditions If this continues what would be about her in future how can she tolerate this during aged period? Is this problem is life threaten? Kindly advice ur valuble comments Thanks in advance

I have small bowel collitis and abdominal lymphadenopathy this came in my ultrasound and i took medicne also frm doctr but i dint aee any inprovwent . M planning to change the doctr but i wnna ask is it curable and is it very serius or it can be cured? Thnks
