Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi, since last year i am facing issue. It is very weird but i feel & i am sure my sigmoid colon is displaced from its original position (also at start when it displaced i got slight pelvic tilt but i couldn't realize it) whenever i try to put pressure for passing stools lot of pressure is applied on uterus, also my back muscles have become weak due to this change. My diaphragm feels more spacious and my pelvic floor muscles have become weak. I did Usg of stomach everything was normal but when i started feeling i am getting back pain and my spine curve is also lost, it took lot of time to me to understand what is wrong. Worst part is apart from being too much uncomfortable i never felt any pain. Many times my stomach also feels weird. This all happened when i had person sit on my thigh when my thigh was paining, i assume some muscle got pulled which also pulled my sigmoid from its place, it has also affected my leg muscles. I need suggestion and solution to this problem. Please suggest

I an observing mucus in stool. Stool is not Solid. I have Other issue such sour throat and coughing. Is that serious issue ?

15 day ago I was admitted for treatment of dysentry. I took treatment of IV metronidazole. Now symptoms of dysentry again star ted with slight cramp in lower abdomen.

Food digestion is slow in me. After eating required amount of food (not more) also, I feel my stomach full, heavy , blue up and my concentration is going towards that side only. Please suggest some methods to improve digestion and also some foods to improve digestive power.

Sir I have  a problem with Upper right pain which radiates to back. I have been once diagnosed with gallbladder sludge while doing MRI test this year, but after follow up with ultra sound, the doctor's says the sludge is   clear now.its a chronic constant pain for almost a year.
