Chest pain since last 6 months. Doctors?

Hello Doctors, I am 27 years old male works as IT engineer. Since last 6 months i am suffering with chest pain, which usually last for whole day. Pain goes off when i sleep Or rest by lying on the bed. Pain mainly be in left side of chest and in center vertical line of chest. Sometimes it be at left lowered chest , but also rarely comes at right lower chest as well. Sometimes it feels like only muscal pain and sometimes deep inside chest. I dont do exsersize ,dont smoke, dont drink, dont do hard activities. Treatments i hve done : 2D Echo- Normal report TMT - Normal Report Sonography of kidnies- Normal No suger , all blood report related to cardio were normal chest HR CT scan - Normal Endoscopy - for gastrytis was near to normal B12 , D3 vitamins - defficient ( taking treatment of Victafol injections and Cholecalciferol granules Rio-D3 60000iu along 20 calcium tablets , but this did not made any change in my pain) I am being helpless now , I have visited around 10 different doctors
