I am 24. Height is 5.4. weight is 35. I have gas or loose motions often. I often feel suffocated and like vomiting. My work is sedentary. My appetite is good but weight doesn't increase. Food doesn't digest properly.

I m having frequent gastritis and heartburn when ever I eat out. For last 2 years, i m having this problem every 3-4 months. I took a endoscopy 2 years back. I had grade 2 hiatal hernia. I take Sompraz for a week - 1 month depending upon the severity of gastritis or heartburn. My common triggers eating outside food especially spicy Indian food. I live abroad in California, usa. Recently I met a gastroenterologist, he said I m a anxious person. So anxiety and les valve being weak is cause of frequent gastritis and heartburn. Need medical advice.
