My son is doing vomiting and loose motion 3-4 time in mid night please suggest. we have given him electrol but still he is doing it again.

Hello doctor since 2 days im having semi solid stool with some mucus. no blood is there. but my abdomen hurts a little only while in pooping not otherwise.. Also im feeling a bit tired. and last night i was feeling feverish body was paining but i was not having any fever when checked by thermometer. is it something serious? what should i do please explain
