Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been sufering pain in cubs and thigh also have in uper abdonmal.Done LFT and thyroid test. In LFT test AST(sgot)-serum shows 82 and ALT(sgpt) serum/plasma shows 159 and thyroid is 7.41.The test was done on 15/11/18 Plz suggest why pain is continusly haveing.

My mom fell down n now she is not getting motion n she is having pain above the abdomen Pl help what can be done.

I am suffering for gastric problem. Sometimes I get vomiting type feel during my breakfast and stomach ache like twisting feeling after 3-4 hr of meal. Even in mid Nyt also i need to drink 2-3 times some water to get relief and get to sleep i am using Rebemac Dsr  (1-0-1)and SucrasD(1-1-1) after meal SOME MEDICATORS SAY TO USE REBEMAC BEFORE MEAL. When to use for best relief.

After having food or while in travel, I feel some heaviness in stomach, I becomes hard & big. My stomach gets something like gastric issue. Also food not getting digest. I am working in IT. Please suggest some remedies. Thanks.
