Stomach Problems & Remedies

I m having frequent gastritis and heartburn when ever I eat out. For last 2 years, i m having this problem every 3-4 months. I took a endoscopy 2 years back. I had grade 2 hiatal hernia. I take Sompraz for a week - 1 month depending upon the severity of gastritis or heartburn. My common triggers eating outside food especially spicy Indian food. I live abroad in California, usa. Recently I met a gastroenterologist, he said I m a anxious person. So anxiety and les valve being weak is cause of frequent gastritis and heartburn. Need medical advice.

Got loose motions since early morning went twice with watery stools. Please prescribe some medicine. I ate outside yesterday some tomato based curry. I have just shifted to mumbai couple of days back.

I cant tolerate spicy or citrus things. If i take lemon or chitrakadi vati or anything i have burning and little pain on left lower chest. I feel discomfort and burning after food i feel good empty stomach. I dont know if this is gastritis or Should i undergo endoscopy and H Pylori test ??

Endoscopy report says I have lax cardia with grade a reflux... how to tighten lower esophagus spinchiter without surgery .. can life style changes tighten the spinchiter naturally ..

I have gastric problem and chest tightness and stomach tightness when Gas release from bottom that time some relaxation , I went to many doctors , test blood have D3 vitimin low and ECG normal ,X Ray, TMT also normal , They suggested gastric tablet Omez-D.

Doctor my poop is flat most of the time doctor some time hard while starting father that flat at last very thin. I have attached image for ur reference, kindly let me know the cause and I have pain in the morning while farting.

Iam 27 years old male.From past 7 years Iam facing the following troubles. 1) latrine (pooping) is not coming at a time ,I have to go 3 times where first time comes high volume,second and third time's very low volume. 2) frequent motions if I eat somewhat spicy food (like salt,pepper,masala items if somewhat high) Iam also facing gastric troubles from past 6  months. Now my questions are: 1)which specialist should I consult 2) which tests should I undergo like USG of abdomen Please give me detailed answer
