Loose motions 2 times a day since 4 days...please suggest some medicines that can help..before 3 days i was taking Azithral for throat infection.

My father in law is an heart patient he had 2 attacks in last 6 monthes and gone throug stenting .in an utrasound he has been diagnosed with appendix 5 monthes a go now he is facing pain in stomach and his heart EF IS 25% FREQUENTLY hospitalizesd for brethlessness problem and sistolic heart failure problem what should he do can he tolrate surgery or sudden high level pain kindly advise

I am suffering from constipation for more than 10 years , my lifestyle is healthy i work out everyday i drink more than 3 liter if water . I have been through different medications but with no concrete solution . I did not do endoscope for my case , some food causes pain for me ( oil , spices , dairy products , ) Please advice me Thank you for your co-operation

I am suffering from pain in anus during defecation . I am not usually suffer from constipation so how it caused.

I am having burping while eating the food, itchy throat, difficulty in swallowing food. Chest pain very often, sore throat, bloating, sometimes burning sensation in my food pipe, constipation. I have been suffering from this constipation, pain during and after bowel movement. It's getting near to two months now. I went to Surgeon, He declared it as Fissure. He didn't look at the effected area. I have been taking medicines. Stool has gotten softer than before. Pain during and after bowel movement has decreased. But still, For the first half of the day, it almost takes my life out of my body. Now I am suspicious. I want to have a test of anus to get a clear picture of what actually has happened? Whether it's only fissure or fissure with piles or hemmorroid. I want get a check up. Below are the questions I have in my mind. - What is the test called? - Does they apply anesthesia for the test? As my anus is already in pain, Any kind of insertion won't be tolerable I believe. - Does the test hurts, once the anesthesia loses its effect? - What is the duration of the test?

Hi, I am experiencing some discomfort in my stomach. I suspect it is acidity but would like to hear from you on this. Generally after my meals I get burps and feel some burning sensation in my stomach. The burning sensation tends to get quite high at times. This happens almost after all the meals. I would like to know the following: 1. What food is best during such a situation, and also 2. How to avoid this from happening And prescriptions for the same would do a world of good. Thanks.
