.i am suffering from digestive issue first there is issue of forming of gas,when ever I eat anything even little spicy my stool turns dirty brown used to suffer from severe pain once in 2 3 month (doctor said it is due to gas) I went through endoscopy which was fine my stool test was fine just stated semi digested food in my lft test  ast(sgot) alt(sgpt) are increased 74and 71 ,in my hemogram rdw is increased monocytes are increased  my neutrophils is less,in my urea serum it on the lesser side(taking medicine ocid l ,ultizyme,usibon300,rehptin and sucrafil suspension). doctor is saying there is no big issue it will go away eventually,but I want to know what disease or Digestive disorder I am suffering from and why if possible.

Sometimes Vomiting after meal in night and whole meal out of body and after this there is no desire of eating

Hello...basically whenever i go out and eat late night like butter chciken and naan i get my stomach weird next day...whole day i have to use the washroom i have bowel movements 5-6 times...its not exactly loose but not solid also...whydoes this happen...

Recently i have diagnosed as haemorrhoids found in 3'o clock postion doctor prescribed lactulose syrup, daflon 500mg and pantab tablets i used that drugs but problem was not cured what i have to do?
