Stomach Problems & Remedies

My mother is feeling pain below naval area in lower abdomen since day before yesterday. She had 3 times motion instead of regular 2 times at that day...After 3rd motion pain started. Today it is acute pain. Please advice.

After every meal I get cough in a compulsive manner. Also, irrespective of how much I try eating, I'm underweight and physically weak. Please suggest if this could be an issue with my digestive tract

I had diarrhea 2 months back twice for 3,7 days after 4 days gap coz of eating fast food,for which I took norflox tz for 3,7 days and since then my digestive system has become weak coz of which I'm forming gas frequently and from last 3 days my stool is also black and semisolid. Feeling like a bit of constipation. Can I take *Lactobacillus* right now coz I didn't took it back then?? I think good bacteria is what I need. I just want advice from some doctor coz my lifestyle is also healthy. I don't want to take many meds as advised by many docs. Plz help in detail

I am suffering from fissure since 23rd September.  From last 4 days I have started taking Confinex 2 mg 1 tablet per day,  Muvmend laxative 15ml after dinner and deligistic ointment to apply twice a day.  I had given Sompraz L too as I have gastric and heartburn.  But I stopped Sompraz because it used to kill my hunger and stomach used to feel very much stuffed.  After started taking these medicines,  day 1 and day 2 I went to 🚽 twice. I stopped Sompraz on Day 3. But now, My stomach feels very much filled. I feel like throwing up all the time.  Even water is also not gulpable.  I went to 🚽 once on the morning.  Then I have got this tight chest,  and a feel as if I need to go to toilet but enough amount of pressure is not coming.  And right after my first bowel movement,  I feel very weak, my back hurting like anything,  stomach feels totally full and I feel like throwing up all day.  Please help me.  My chest is also feeling tighten after bowel movement. May I have lemon water?

I had been diagnosed for helicobacter pylori 1 year ago. But now i am suffering from excess gas, urination, burp and hiccups. Sometimes bloating and indigestion after eating. I tried many medicines but no relief.
