I am diabetic-2, my ECG normal, but I feel heart beat & a irritation on chest, after rele ase of gas from mouth I feel alright, more & more gas releases from my mouth plz suggest

Hello I am having pain in chest mostly in the left side since last 20 days.I had a surgery for femur so I am taking calcium,folic acid and minerals tab.I also have anxiety problem to for that I am taking Etilaam and for gas I am taking pantocide dsr in the morning but still in night I feeling gas in chest and needle pinching in left breast.should I start taking pantocide twice?? Please revert :) Thanks

Do I have Gastroesophageal reflux disease? I have been experiencing many stomach problems for the past 2 months such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome and possibly even gastritis. I have noticed that when I lay down flat I cannot breathe as well as I can normally. I feel like I can still fall asleep but I'm worried that stomach acid will creep into the esophagus and possibly enter the lungs, particularly during sleep, and cause swelling of the airways. I do have asthma but it has not been a problem for me in several years. The only other thing I have is anxiety, but this shortness of breath is not caused by anxiety, it is only apparent when I lay down straight. I did experience what felt like an acid reflux 2 nights before, where I had a warm feeling in my abdominal area I had never felt before. What should I do? Does it sound like I have Gastroesophageal reflux disease?

I have burning sensation in my neck upto throat after I eating parathas. What could be the reason and what is the remedy?

Is it normal for heart pain to be felt in the back too? I feel it in my chest but also sometimes in my upper back area.

I have recently shifted to a new city and I and facing regular digestive problems including loss of appetite, constipation and bleeding. I am having proportionate food and water. But the water here is having high iron content. Is this causing the above problems? Please help

I have prolapse hemorrhoid however last 2 decades I have been fine managing it by avoiding certain foods & eating more fiber. Last 1 year eating wheat products and certain grains I get IBS kind of symptoms & I start bleeding during bowel moments. On & off this keeps on happening, when I avoid gluten zero bleeding is noticed however food management is not healing it fully as after 2 weeks if I accidentally eat some gluten I again start bleeding with bright red blood with some tissue & mucus. So now symptoms are shifting from IBS to ulcerative Colitis since I have persistent diarrhoea. Which doctor should I consult? Is colonscopy needed to look into the intestinal walls & do biopsy if needed? Looking for advice. Thanks!

Found LFT test values on higher side in my routine test. High SGPT ALT 152 High SGOT  AST 66 GGT 112 I am obese 30 y male 5' 7" with 95 kg. Do not have any symptoms of pain or digestive problem yet. Occasional drinking once in twice week.

My mom has a stones in gallbladder.. got her checked and done with scans.. we were told after  checkup that she has stones in her gallbladder.. somebody suggest about surgery what are its cost and how to proceed further..

Over the past week, I've had recurring a upset stomach and loose motion so I took an eldoper a few days back to halt it. Following that, I had constipation during which I felt uncomfortably bloated, gassy and full. Now I'm back to having loose motion and cannot eat anything without my stomach churning it out 10 minutes later. I suspect I may have lactose intolerance but I'm not sure. What do I do to cure this?
