I have been having loose motions for the past 3 days now and had vomitkng too on day 1, I have been taking nor tz and zenflox oz medicine as prescribed by my doctor but the condition has not improved. Whag should J do please suggest.

Pain(burning like) arising from right side of belly just below the ribs since 3 day's (coming and going).i have come across with appendicitis operation 4 months back,but recoverd.i have drinking (only bear)habbit but weekly twice.severe gas problem also present.pls suggest me with some suggestions.iam too nervous.

Tablets given : lactobacillus/Providac etc Symptoms : 1. No full excretion when I use restroom for the first time in morning. 2. Immediate urge to excrete as soon as I eat my breakfast..I've to stop how much ever I've finished and use the restroom 3. Too much gas /farting sensation for the rest of the day . 4. Farting sounds in the intestines the entire day I just want to know what the hell am I suffering from...IBS or IBD or cohrn disease Which test will tell me this

We found dead lizard in our water tank today morning and it seems that lizard were there in the tank from few days and I have been using the same water for cooking and drinking.
