Stomach Problems & Remedies

I hve fever since morning. Cane down from 102 to 100 when I took paracetamol. Accompanied by stomach pain and contractions (at intervals), smelly fart and loose stools. Also feeling pukish off and on. Please suggest.

Sir I am 27 years old male.from past few days iam facing the following problems. 1) anus hole is paining during pooping. 2) even after pooping anus hole is paining and I am not able to walk for a 10_15 minutes after pooping .Today some little blood came in the stool What happened to me??It is piles?Which tests should I undergo to detect the problem??

I am 17 years old girl. From yesterday I was having severe cramps in stomach and today morning I passed loose watery stools almost 4 to 5 times. I am still getting the cramps too. Every time I want to pass motion I get these cramps. Could cramps be because of diarrhoeas?

I have been experiencing pain under right rib cage mainly on backside when I am sleeping. Pain become intense early morning and having loose stool.done MRI rib cage, CT pancreas but no issue found.
