I had diarrhea 3 months back twice, 3,7 days and I took norflox Tz without probiotics from a doctor, since then I'm forming gas very frequently. From last 10 days without eating outside food my stool is coming out dark browish black and after passing stool my stomach makes "gad-gad" kind of sound. From last 8 days I'm taking Lactobacillus + pantocid twice +Isabgol from a doctor. My condition is not getting better. Is it coz of antibiotic overuse or my infection is still not cured completely? A doctor prescribed antibiotics Rifaximin and flygyl coz they do not absorb. CanI take it or not? Will it help??plz ans in detail

I've got my ultrasound done today in which my liver is moderately enlarged in size(18.1 cms) shows diffusely increased parenchymal echoreflectivity and in impression it is written that moderate hepatomegaly with infiltration(grade 2).
