Stomach Problems & Remedies

Doctor , how to solve the problem of constipation. Have gone through many medicine (kayamchurn), zandupancharisht, panachsakar, but still no valid changes have been observed.

I am suffering with acute pain in upper middle of stomach for last 2 weeks. Ultrasound report attached. Please suggest.

I am having severe pain in emptying my stomach. I had to put very much pressure which results in severe pain which in turn makes it hard to sit on normal place as well... Till now it had not turned in piles plzz help so that I can avoid it.?

My liver function test says SGOT is 64 ALT/SGPT is 110 Globulin 4.3 These are higher than normal reading Please suggest me the future action to avoid risck

12 days before, SGPT 69U/L SGOT 47U/L Now, SGPT 34 U/L SGOT 66U/L Also my ESR before 15 days was 45mm/hr.Now also my ESR is 45mm/hr. Ultrasound impression- Hypoechoic hepatic parenchyme. Liver size is normal (14.4cm) Is there any problem as the ESR remaines high. Also is there any problem as SGPT which was high earlier comes to normal and SGOT which increased than the earlier?

I am having piles for almost 3 years.Now I am wanting to get rid of this by Ayurvedic method.Sometimes Blood came out with stool and the skin beside anus is coming out.Sometimes painful.But after some days of good diet bleeding stops and skin near anus is a great problem.And also for getting government job I have to get rid of this.Please Help Me by Ayurvedic method.

I have been having loose motions for the past 3 days now and had vomitkng too on day 1, I have been taking nor tz and zenflox oz medicine as prescribed by my doctor but the condition has not improved. Whag should J do please suggest.
