Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been passing dark brown stool since a month. No abdominal pain or fever. Have done ECG , liver function , kidney function,  createnine, CBC all normal. I drink coffee and tea a lot. As a result I have acid reflux. Is it a cause of worry ?

Hi doctor, past few months I'm pooping flat. I'm very much concerned about this. I have a sample image from Google, and exactly like that my stool looks. Some time flat thick and some time flat thin rarely normal round shape. I will attach for your reference and I will attach my colonoscopy report as well. Kindly let me know what should I do to have a normal stool.

My stomach feels severely swelled up all the time and it feels like my stomach is going to burst...it feels stretched out and there is discomfort but no pain...my diet is good but still am skinny with huge hollows under eyes and dark circles

My daughter has always been chronically constipated to be managed by laxatives ,extrav fiber etc as she has extremely sensitive temperament .However I have noticed 2-3 times that just after she has completely evacuated her old stool there is an immediate episode of no stool for days as long as 10-12 days.why is it so? Also is it possible that garlic doesn't suits her sensitive digestive system to create trouble as intake of garlic was common in majority of these cases ?

Suppliemnt food like , protein powder ,vitamin tablets Help / or adversly affect  if the constipation and piles treatment is on.

B12 is not absorb properly I have acidity and gas problem due to h pylori infection I was taken treatment for h pylori but after 2 years still have stomach issues how to heal this issue?
