Stomach Problems & Remedies

I had this problem(acid reflux) 3-4 years back which was very less frequent in the past 3-4 years. But now it has came back. Sharp pinning pain (I think in food pipe) near heart which starts near heart and goes above for around 6-8cm. Also, some pain in other areas like below neck, shoulder on the left side of body. This is happening from past 3 weeks or so. This happens whenever i eat high carbs diet or if I'm empty stomach. Problem gets worst after eating food. Could you please suggest some ideas to get rid of this? What food can help and what food items to ignore?
