Stomach Problems & Remedies

I had food poisoning few months back and after that it has been recurring very often. Suddenly,stomach cramps are there ,feeling like defecating. Today had 3 watery loosemotions.I took O2 medicine in the past but did not complete course. Today i was given norflox tz with lopramide and also rantac and omee. But other doctor suggested pan 40 and sporolac sachet with oflox oz. I am confused how to eat the medicines ,and how my digestive system will be fully cured. Can you tell me the correct dose.

Pain in the middle of stomach specially after pressing. Pain increases after consuming sometimes follwed by motions

Dont feel hungry and unable to eat food since 24 hours, suffering since monday and till today i have taken only some eno and ajwine and soff to get this resove but still suffering.

Unable to digest anything which is not a normal home food. I can't eat anything outside. Once I eat something outside constipation starts and due to gas headchae problem arises.

I am suffering from constipation. From 3 days i have also taken the medicine "dulcoflex" two tablets together with warm milk but it does not show any result to my constipation problem please suggest some remedy.
