I have swelling around my anus from past 3-4 days. It pains while sitting but it doesn't pain while standing or walking. What is it? Please help.

I have gastric problem from past one and half years. I had been advised different medications for gastric. My gastroenterologist had advised sompraz 40 mg and I am having this from past one year in the morning and from past three months every alternate day. But still my gastric problem hasn't solved. My question is using sompraz or esomac 40 for longer periods has any complications? And also which is best gastric tablet without any side effects or complications which can be used over longer period. Pl advise

I have been suffering with stomach pain for 2 days and I used Eno for acidity relief but still I am getting stomach pain

Everyday, I notice my stool is paste-like and find it difficult to pass. I have to manually insert my finger to evacuate the stool as it gets stuck in the passage. I find there is more stool stuck deep inside the passage and I have to manually evacuate that too. I'm strictly only eating a wholesome, plant based, fibre rich homemade food. Still I face this problem. Everyday, I have to strain and use finger to evacuate. I have done sigmoidoscopy and the diagnosis is erythema at 5cm from posterior wall. Please advise.

Scanning report: Small hypoechoic collection at umbilicus measuring 1cm extending between recti muscles . No evidence of track from the collection below. From outside I can see some blood corpus daily.

My Husband took LFT Test Report shows that Bilirubin Total - 1.96 Bilirubin Direct - 0.31 Bilirubin indirect- 1.65 SGOT- 20.38 SGPT - 17.85 Albumin - 4.13 Is Bilirubin levels are normal .If not what medications should be taken.
