Pet safa churan
Hello I am taking pet safa churan from last few days with Luke warm  water and it helping me in my constipation but yesterday I took it with cold water.. Now m worried is there any side effects of it will happen and if yes then what it will be.. Please suggest

Self medications are not considered safe .. if ur having constipation from long time u should consult to gastroenterologist
