Gastrointestinal issue
For a long time, she had digestion issues. She used to vomit a lot. After a lot of tests, we found that she has severe deficiency of vitamin B12 and vitD. Also, her esophagus is 80% ineffective. So, the doctor gave her vitamin tablets and told to avoid lots of good. Would her esophagus get better with time?

Well is there any investigation done to prove her oesophagous is 80 % ineffective ???? I think you should properly consult a gastroenterologist or a Gastrosurgeon to proceed further for examination and will require upper GI ENDOSCOPY also if felt by doctor .. followed by other tests to evaluate you .. deficiency of these vitamins will not cause these sought of symptoms exactly
