Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm having bloated stomach for 3 days.. Whatever o eat bloats my stomach making me wanna stop eating.. Yesterday I just ate a two spoons of rice and my stomach bloated and the whole day I didn't eat anything.. It feels like still stomach with no movements.. Can u suggest some home remedies or sudden medicine to cure this??

I have been facing digestive problem since last two months . I have loose stool once in a day in morning.

At night all of a sudden get severe stomach pain And feels my body heavy and gas issues...I preferably have curd at night

From Last 2 3 days it's started. And this is a old problem. When the stomach is empty or full both time it's burning like hell.

By first report Colon Wall thickness 13-14mm and by second report Colon Wall thickness 5-6mm is this serious and need colonscoopy?

I am suffering from constipation for more than 10 years , my lifestyle is healthy i work out everyday i drink more than 3 liter if water . I have been through different medications but with no concrete solution . I did not do endoscope for my case , some food causes pain for me ( oil , spices , dairy products , ) Please advice me Thank you for your co-operation

My SGOT level is 101 and SGPT level is 258. How can I reduced. Is this level is severe dangerous ? Please tell me the medicine to reduce SGPT & SGOT
