I am noticing since last 15-20 days that my digestion is not good. After having lunch and a dinner, my stomach remains full for long time though I eat my usual diet. What to do? Please tell how to strengthen my digestive system.

Hi Doctor, In 2011 I noticed a problem of always a feeling of incomplete motion even after visiting toilet 10 times a day. There was an urge to release motion immediately but nothing used to come in toilet. After several tests (endoscopy, clonoscopy) Gastroenterologist said that I am suffering from a condition called IBS. Then I continue medicine for 3 years (mainly stress, anxiety and neurological medicines) and symptoms was gone for good 5 years. But suddenly during last week the symptoms is back and IBS is relapse. The life is hell again. I came up to one youtube video which said that IBS can be cured by Homeopathy. In this regards kindly suggest what should I do as I don't want to start again with neurological medicines. Thanks in advance, Arshad

Dear docter from last one month i was having upper abdominal pain, for this i consulted a docter where i was adviced to take abdominal ultrasound, wich had normal results, docter sugested me to undergo endoscopy, the endoscopy results say multiple SEHS IN antrum( antral hermoragic gastritis), dear docter i whant to know what colud be the best teatment for this and what are the diet

Since last 4-5 months, I am feeling pain in upper left abdomin near behind the ribs. Sometimes it feels swollen (outside on ribs both left and right side). Sometimes i get feels liquid secretion inside my stomach( upper left abdomin). I did Endoscopy and Colonoscopy both and all was normal. Gasto specialist told me its Constipation nothing more. Sometimes paid in left upper abdomin is much. It pains on particular 1-2 spots. I have experienced the sudden weight loss since 2-3 months. My weight was 76 before 3 months and now its 71. Experiencing much loss of appetite also. Sometimes i feel something stucked in my throat. Please suggest

Get stomach pinching like pain suddenly. Increases after my meals. Does not happen everyday but happening since a week but just twice so far. What it could be?

I have been having throbbing pain in the upper middle part of the stomach below the rib cage for the past 1-2 months. Mild noticible pain is constantly there and increases after eating something. Stomach feels bloated after eating. Also having constant nausea feeling but no vomiting yet. Urine Color is dark yellow and stool colour is light yellow always. Kindly suggest on it. I always feel constipated and motion is also not smooth. Due to this I get gas. I always feel like having pressure and I go to washroom 4 5 times in a day but never get satisfaction.
