Bloating. Unable to sleep
I couldn't sleep due to heaviness in my stomach, which I am assuming would be bloating. And thr feeling of discomfort is traveling from stomach to chest to my shoulder.

It may be acidity.  But you should be investigated. Please meet a surgeon near by and he will examine you and tell you what to be done. on my view an ultrasound of abdomen and an upper GI endoscopy should be done.
