Hello, it's been a while my bowel movement has become very slow, I tend to not poop for two days three even, and not get the urge of even goin, I go and sit in the washroom for sometime but still end up nothing, and mu stomach bloated like big balloons and I finally have to take dulcofelx and get rid of the waste.. I start my day very early everyday I cannot take table to get rid of the watse kindly help me with this

My mother is hardly able to eat since few days. We had done fullbody test and got lipase  106 and amylase 101, cholesterol 245, ldl cholesterol 169 and is also suffering from depression for which she is taking medication from doc. Is she suffering from any stomach issue due to which she isn't able to eat. What further steps should we take

34 Years/Male. Constant Delocalized whole lower Abdominal Discomfort below the navel for last few months. Muscle stress like feeling like as if I have done extensive physical work, but I don't do such work. I do take walk around 4km in the morning and evening combined, but not particularly exercise. Discomfort increases as the day passes and peaks in the evening before going to bed. Sometimes associated with bloating but not always. Sometimes discomfort in Upper abdominal area but not always. Discomfort increases while sitting or bending, feel better while standing/laying. Normal Urine and stool. No constipation and no diarrhea. No abnormality in urine or bowel activities. No loss of Appetite, No fatigue, No weight loss, No nausea. No heartburn, belch, sore throat or acidic fluid in the mouth. Never Drank, Never Smoked, and vegetarian. No other observable condition in the body. No ongoing medication or in recent past. No family history of this type of condition Ultrsound and LFT OK

Having chest pain almost every mid night due to trapped gas, pain moves to back, cant sleep due to this, digene in water or simple water helps little bit, but pain comes back again. Feeling constipated in morning. Please help me with any remedy for instant relief. Also suggest long term remedy .

Hello Sir, I did LFT and report says SGPT 190 and SGOT 65 which are quite above the normal range. How dangerous is this, I take alcohol 2-3 times a week and often eat outside food. Can this be cured with diet change and medicines. Should I completely avoid alcohol? What is the suggested diagnosis and other tests. After I come back to normal can I have alcohol once in a while ?
