I have constipation problem from last 8_10 year. Every night I used a medicine for constipation. Without medicine I don't have motion

I see bloodstains in stool, also I see black specks specks. I suspect black specs is due to my food habits but then iam not sure. Recently I had c section. Apart from this i get some movements in my stomach.
