Please check my endoscopy report. I have chest pain from 2.5 months and weird feeling in body like simething is rushing in my muscles. Please tell me is this because of this or any other issue.

Chronic gastric since 9month. Tried allopathic but only temporary relief for 2month. Again same issue after 2month. I was taking food time to time correctly. But don't know how it's is.
