Can you please prescribe some natural remedies for constipation. I have tried everything possible to cure this naturally but failed. Is there any herbal or aurvedic remedies which can be taken. Also feel bloated and uncomfortable after meals. Thank u in advance

Beginning of this November i got hard and wide stools for 1-2 days which led to fissure in anus. I consulted doctor and took painkiller/Laxatives/antibiotics for 15 days.
