I was diagnosed with metabolic acidosis due to prolonged (5 years) laxative abuse which led to bicarbonate loss through GI fluid loss and also gastroparesis. Almost all foods lead to acidity for me. I have stopped laxatives and its been two weeks. However, I continue to get bouts of acidity from normal foods. I was given probiotics and Motilium M for 2 weeks. Please advise how to reduce acidity quickly.

I am suffering from ibs-d soo can i eat from outside once in a week or not??? I mean how to cure it??

From two days there is only water in stool and stomach is bloating because nothing is coming out in stool. Also had a vomiting once. Stomach ache from two days. Cramps in stomach and so much noises from stomach.

In winter's i suffered with fatty lever issue My Life style is bit lazy Now i m doing regular walk in morning around problem half and hour & 10-20 min walk in evening in my office. I reduced my diet too (taking 2-3 chapattis in morning and 2-3 chapattis in dinner.) And avoiding oily and fast food as much as i can, reducing sugar intake too What can i do more to treat this problem. I did my sgpt sgot test too which is higher in numbers (which i forgot but thats high)

I had amoebiasis and was treated with 7 days of metronidazole and followed by 2.5 days of paromomycin which I had to stop due to very adverse side effects such as watery diarrhea 11 times a day. This was 3 weeks ago. However, since then, most of my stools are of type 5 with rarely type 4 and type 3. Should I be worried or is it normal to have type 5 stools? I have no urgency to use the bathroom and I have bowel movements once a day with mild/medium bloating towards the end of the day. What should I do next?

Hello, My daughter is around 3.4yr old now. She has been colic for until 2yr old mostly. These days during travelling she had stomach infection and urdergone antibiotics for that. After that she had stomach ache and low grade fever , diagnosed as Amebiosis and took treafment for that too. Later after a week or so, she had some junk food more than the normal diet, now she started complaining stomach ache around navel, tries hard to poop, and the stool will be so hard. I went to doc, they say its constipation. But after a week , still she complains of thr pain and we are so worried to send her to school and to take her anywhere else as scared of her stomach cramps. Please help me on this.

My mother is feeling pain below naval area in lower abdomen since day before yesterday. She had 3 times motion instead of regular 2 times at that day...After 3rd motion pain started. Today it is acute pain. Please advice.
