Piles pain
Hi my wife is suffering from piles which is grown in big size around half inch in size and some portion is coming out of anus and still outside. She is using pilex ointment from last 5 days and arsh kalp vati teb. She is suffering from pain while passing stool and afterwords. Please adise what Needs to be done as she is feeling shy visiting the doc.

She seems to have developed anal fissure.
She needs to avoid constipation and keep stool soft..... for that use laxatives, isabgul husk (psyllium).
Take Sitz bath (sitting in a tub of lukewarm water dipping buttocks inside) 3 times a day
