Have urinary tract infection, now under Niftran 100, tab , prescribed for 15 days 1-0-1,
Since 2 days have pain in rectum, can I take Dolo 650, .for pain relief. If so How long I can take.

You can take Tab Drotin M for the same on as needed basis.
Also make sure you are not having constipation or acidity ?
