Stomech size big and coughing in thought

Suddenly stomech size becomes big and breathing issue came, difficult to swelling even water also, dry cough is comings out and it's smelling .consultanted with doctor in they refresh indoscopy and found gerd and apd, than they referred medicine ,actapro,Rahi and for constipation some powder , and referred some test CBC,tsh,lft,RBS,bitaminb12 level,bitaminD level,altrasound full stomech in which they found tsh level was 178, than again they told for ft3,Ft4 tsh,and thyroid antibody ,antithyroglobulin antibody is 54.30 ,anti thyroid peroxidase antibody is>1300 , Now they have given medicine thyronorm,allerite plus (red colour) ...now I m takin ..,...my question is what is my actual problem no body till told me...please help...
