High stomech pain with anxiety.
High constipation.. it's very painful to go to toilet.. continues unbearable stomech pain (sometimes feeling like needle piercing in inside of stomech).. sometimes light headache weakness and tiredness also.. HB ratio 8 gm... alreay consultanted with doctors but it was not helpful for 0%.

You have severe constipation so watch for blood in stool because Hb is low. It may be piles
