Very high spinal back pain

Very high spinal back pain what should bet the reaseon is the reason pancreas.m sharing my report please...how to rule out blood test amylase high..or what should i do to know the reason off back pain why its tobserve pain..wht should do ultrasound or ct scan..ct scan does not show something...hepatic steaosis done on 11 august 2019 but very high pain in spinal cord can not lying down..feelld in internal organn
