Having blood in stool and chronic stomach pain since last June . Little Blood in stool coming since 1-2 months. No rectal pain till now. Took upper GI endoscopy and impression was LAX LES, ANTRAL GASTRITIS, EROSIVE DUODENITIS. Also did Duodenal biopsy did HPE Impression was " Lamina propria is showing moderate lymphoplasmacytic cell infiltrate ". No giardia or amyloid deposits are seen. Havnt done any colonoscopy yet, but issue still persisting

Hello doctor, I have consulted one dr in whitefield for my stomach condition and after one month of treatment and several test and diagnosis, there is no improvement. Problem is : For days or two I m not able to clear my stomach, with that my stomch get stiff and gas passing is there all the time. Once two to three day passes by, motion happens with almost 4-5 times in a day along with blood(soaked blood in excreta) and excreta is tight enoungh broken into small pieces. To make motion happen i m taking pet safa with lukewarm water twice in a week. This help in motion but thats too a lose motion. Previous consulted dr told me to change my eating habbits with 3 meals in a day as earlier i was skipping breakfast most of the time approx for last 6-8 years. During medicine period of one month although motion was happening but that too 2-4 times a day. Bowel activities was not proper then too. after medication period was over the conditon of my stomcah rolled back to as it was previous.

I am having stomach cramps on daily basis and my weight is also decreasing day by day and facing mucus and blood in stool.

My doctor has suggested me Dompan Tablet before meal to increase appetite and Unienzyme tablet post meal for better digestion. Is it right prescription ?

I get too much gas immediately after food. It becomes uncomfortable for 3-4 hours. I don't take alcohol, Don't smoke and not on any medication. Thanks.
