I have a problem of enlarge liver size of 144mm with normal ecotexture. Is it a serious problem... and what treatment should i prefer...

Having too much gas immediately after food. Uncomfortable for 3-4 hours. I don't smoke, drink and have no reported allergies. Don't take any medication. Am not able to eat properly due to gas problem. It's disturbing my day to day functions. Please let me know what should I do. Thanks.
