Hi, My father has been diagnosed with hiatus hernia. He has been advised non spicy food and other things like elevated head position while sleeping and given medicines. But his diet has become less for 2-3 days. Can you advise?

Suffering from irregular bowl movements and indigestion. No allergies to any kind of food. Having at least 4-5 L of water.

I have loose motions since.last 10 days, I have taken medicine by consulting doctor but still the problem is not cured. Please suggest
