Stomach Problems & Remedies

Starting last year, i start feeling awful when i eat bread, crackers, oat meal, pasta, french fries, or soy sauce. I vomit, my stomach hurt, I'll have panic attacks and feel depressed. It lasts for three days. After that i feel normal again. When i don't foods like that i feel fine again. Starting last year, I feel like my body hates those foods i dont know why

I have had watery stools 12 times foul smelling with some mild left lower quadrant pain i have taken one tablet loperamide and onoff olfloxacin tablet but no relief please advice

I feel like my colon is swelled since 5-6 mnths  and its been almost an year long that i lost 8-9 kg  weight ! My 17 months old boy sufferings constipation. He passing hard stool with blood once in every two days. My doctor sir prescribed duphalac syrup and sorbiline syrup. Can I know how many days use duphalac and sorbiline syrup. Plz help me.

What is best way to treat indigestion. From last 3 days I had constipation, yesterday I took 2 jhandu nityam tablets, and now since I am getting loose poop, went toilet 3 times a day. But feeling OK from bloating. I occasionally get stomach upset. I am having a good diet suggest by doctor to help gut heatth but still if sometimes I do something wrong, next day I get constipation or loose motion.

Digestion problem, even not taking oily food, outside food.i always feel fullness, gastric. Some years back doctor told me I have fatty lever. I took many antacid, auryveduc medicine but no permanent cure. Please advice any DIY plan.i have fed up with medicine but can take diet suggestion and life style change. My job hours is 11 am to 10 pm.i am working as software engineer.
