Excess gas and constipation
I have extreme gas which goes up to throat and constipation from last 3 months. I had a lymph node at RIF but now it's not there after taking Torfix 400 for a month.
I don't have sound sleep at night for last one month. I wake up 3-4 times and thoughts coming up in mind. There is also pain in head and neck area.
I am currently given lesuride Od, pruvict 1, digipen chewable tablets.
What should I do to get rid of all these things?

You seem to be suffering from GERD and gastritis. Treatment planning needs a lot more details. If constipation etc a re there it needs seperate Treatment.

avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. high fibre diet salads green vegetables fruits etc.
